Our laser cutting services rely on the use of industrial-grade lasers to cut acrylics, plastics, wood, plywood, MDF, cardboard, papers, fabrics, leather, rubber, foams, thin sheet metals and more. We also etch images onto plastics, glass, marble, leather. Our Laser cutting service is a CNC-controlled, non-contact, thermal process that provides quick, accurate cuts with a narrow kerf or cutting groove.

Advantages of laser cutting over mechanical cutting vary according to the situation, but important factors are: lack of physical contact (since there is no cutting edge which can become contaminated by the material or contaminate the material), and to some extent precision (since there is no wear on the laser).
There is also a reduced chance of warping the material that is being cut as laser systems have a small heat affected zone. Some materials are also very difficult or impossible to cut by more traditional means.
Laser cutting works by directing the output high power laser, by computer, at the material to be cut.
The material then either melts, burns or vaporizes away leaving an edge with a high quality surface finish.
When the laser beam is exactingly controlled, as it would be by machine, the resulting cut has an extremely clean edge. Due to the precision of the lasers, these edges are ready for assembly and do not need to be refinished first.
